PRODUCT'S HISTORY

The PUMA Suede is the cult shoe par excellence. After being so adored by basketball players in the second half of the 20th century, the Basketball shoe reached cult status with hip-hop and breakdance fans in the 80's and was especially appreciated with its low cut and extra thick catouchouc outsole. This example from the Suede collection is minimalist with its rubberized dirt protection, decorative zigzag stitching and a gold leaf PUMA logo on the heel.
